We're on a mission to make financial advice accessible to everyone – and we need passionate, driven people to help us do it. We're looking for experienced Administrators to join the team, supporting our growth ambitions for the future.

The primary purpose of the role is to assist our in-house Financial Advisers with all aspects of customer applications, following up and chasing lenders and providers, liaising with third parties and clients. Providing first-class administration for the team, as well as maintaining records accurately, this is a vital support role with great development opportunities.

This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

  • Bonus scheme: on target bonus - 7.5%
  • Pension scheme: contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
