The predicted salary is between 85000 - 99000 £ per year.

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the Omnis proposition, working closely with the Head of Product to drive product strategy, development and lifecycle management.

You'll lead the delivery of key product initiatives and proposition enhancements, ensuring our offering continues to meet the evolving needs of advisers and customers while supporting business growth and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week from our London office.

  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support product strategy and proposition development, using adviser, market and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead product initiatives from concept to implementation, defining requirements and coordinating stakeholders to deliver business and regulatory outcomes.
  • Manage the development and enhancement of products, including the delivery of regulatory change.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA PROD requirements and Consumer Duty, supporting robust product governance.
  • Conduct product reviews and value assessments, monitoring performance, customer outcomes and adviser feedback.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, coordinating activity and driving collaboration between key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market, regulatory and competitor developments while championing customer-focused improvements and innovation.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Proven experience in product management within investments, wealth management or broader financial services.
  • Fund regulatory experience
  • Strong understanding of investment products, propositions and adviser-led distribution models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering strategic and regulatory change initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of product governance, Consumer Duty and the UK regulatory landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience, with industry qualifications such as IMC, CISI or CFA considered advantageous.
