The opportunity
Join our Commercial Finance team in a key role supporting the Revenue Business Partnering function. You\’ll help deliver clear reporting and analysis across different channels, product, and firms – providing valuable insights that support senior leaders in making smart, revenue-focused decisions. This role puts you at the centre of commercial decision-making.
Hybrid, Based 2/3 days a week in our Swindon office.

Key Accountabilities:
- Taking ownership of month end and BAU Revenue reporting across all revenue lines.
- Creating new insightful Revenue reporting and financial models.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts for all revenue lines working closely with Revenue Business Partners.
- Support completion of the month-end ongoing forecast models and quarterly forecast models for all revenue lines.
- Tracking revenue performance vs Budget, Forecast and Prior Year and conducting variance analysis.
- Analysing Revenue data to provide performance insight to aid decision making.
- Provide ad hoc support and analysis as and when required to Head of Commercial Finance, Revenue Business Partners and wider finance team.
- Review current month end and BAU processes to make efficiency improvements.
What will you need to succeed?
Qualifications/ Experience / Knowledge:
- Early stages / Part Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Experience in Excel and familiarity with Power BI tool is a plus
- Experience of producing performance reports, building excel models, analysing and interpreting large data sets and budgeting / forecasting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills including the ability to interpret large sets of data
- Professional manner; enthusiastic and positive attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing financial models, reports and forecasting.
