Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into Mortgage Advice and potentially Wealth Advice, making this an ideal role for someone with ambition and a desire to develop their expertise.

What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in graduates with a degree in:
- Law
- Business
- Accounting
- Finance or a related discipline
Candidates should ideally have achieved strong academic results and possess:
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and organised approach
- The ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- A genuine interest in Financial Services and Wealth Management
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
A full driving licence would be advantageous due to the rural nature of the area and client-focused nature of the business.
The Role
As a Graduate Financial Services Administrator, you will:
- Support advisers with client administration and servicing
- Assist with the preparation of client documentation and reports
- Liaise with providers and clients
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Learn the financial planning and mortgage advice process
- Support the wider advisory team with day-to-day client activities
- Begin working towards relevant industry qualifications
