As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our Swindon office runs smoothly, providing a safe, professional and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and stakeholders. Please note, this is an on-site role required in Swindon 5 days a week.

- Salary - £35,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus- 7.5%

Key responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of office and facilities services within the Swindon office
- Leading and supporting Reception and Facilities team members, including workload planning and service delivery
- Acting as the primary contact for office-based facilities queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Coordinating contractors and third-party supplies, monitoring service levels and addressing any issues
- Supporting health and safety activities, including risk assessments, first aid and fire safety arrangements
- Overseeing site access, security arrangements and office opening requirements
What will you need to succeed?
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Facilities Manager role is required
- Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment
- IOSH qualification or similar health and safety training is desirable
- Ability to be reactive to situations and approach issues level-headed to provide solutions
