The opportunity as Senior Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis involves leading the Group's planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, owning the operational and project cost base, and delivering insightful performance reporting while leading an FP&A centre of excellence (team of 5). You will provide commercial challenge, financial analysis, and strategic insight to support long-term planning and improve decision-making at Executive and Board level.
This role is based in our head office in Swindon, with 3 days a week required in our office.
The benefits include:
- Basic salary - £70,000 - £90,000
- Car allowance - £5,486
- Bonus - on target - 17.5%
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
- Critical illness cover
- Income protection - 1x salary
- Death in service - 4x salary
- 27 days holiday
