This role is responsible for providing technical support and guidance on Openwork policies and procedures within our T&C function.

Supporting our Partners, Advisers, and internal teams, ensuring T&C processes, licensing, and financial monitoring activities are completed accurately and on time.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Swindon.

Key responsibilities

  • Assessing the financial status of Partners, Shareholders and Advisers
  • Coordinate financial monitoring activity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date T&C records
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on T&C activity
  • Identify system and process improvements
  • Keep T&C frameworks and documentation up to date and communicate changes clearly

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on a variety of tasks
  • Administration experience with great organisational skills
  • Passionate and energetic mindset with ability to work well within the team
  • Financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential
