To own the Academy programme end-to-end and deliver training and support on a 1-1 basis and group settings to ensure that Academy delegates have the required skills and knowledge to become competent, effective professionals with the ability to translate correctly to clients. Please note, this role will require flexibility to travel to adviser sites across the UK.

Key Accountabilities
- Create, train and facilitate developmental workshops to assist in the development of Advisers and Practice Principles
- Be a point of contact for delegates/firms requiring development support in their formative months
- Assist in identifying opportunities & support those firms who wish to grow their adviser numbers and/or wish to expand into new areas of the proposition
- Assist in identifying opportunities for external new entrants to be placed within existing firms – either as trainees, or as fully qualified and licensed individuals
- Work closely with Quality colleagues to ensure a consistent approach
What will you need to succeed?
- Level 4 Diploma qualification or similar (or at least working towards the qualification)
- Strong experience in Financial Services with a good understanding of advice
- Proven experience delivering training sessions to groups
- Great communication skills with a passionate and enthusiastic approach
- Flexibility to be able to travel to sites, stay overnight etc as required
