We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering proposition communications, marketing campaigns and business‑as‑usual (BAU) marketing activity across our adviser network.

This is a fast‑paced, operationally focused position that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high‑quality communications are delivered effectively and on time.

Working within a busy, close‑knit Marketing team, you'll support the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns to advisers and clients, while maintaining key marketing systems, adviser‑facing content and proposition materials.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office 3 days per week.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Plan, build and execute weekly proposition emails using Dot Digital.
  • Being reactive to the wider market, making suggestions of campaigns that can be executed.
  • Coordinate adviser communications, ensuring activity is scheduled, created and delivered on time.
  • Collate and analyse marketing MI, including email performance and campaign engagement.
  • Work closely with Proposition teams, Communication teams, SMEs and external suppliers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, including briefing, workflow management, budget tracking and system administration.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Strong product knowledge in mortgages and/or protection is key
  • Great understanding of the wider market with ability to pick up on trends, updates
  • Marketing experience is a bonus, however this element can be learned throughout the role
  • Strong written communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
