You will work with the Head of Financial Reporting & Controls to provide expert financial insights across the transaction lifecycle and support value creation.
Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong IFRS expertise, plus experience in buy-side M&A, financial due diligence, and PPA.
