The Openwork Partnership is seeking a Field-Based Training & Competence Supervisor to support quality, standards and risk oversight across our advice network. You’ll partner with partner firms, advisers and practice supervisors to sustain high customer outcomes while driving continuous improvement and strategic aims.
With a minimum of 2 years’ supervising experience and a solid FCA handbook understanding, you’ll manage supervision plans and engage across sales and business development teams.
