The Investment Servicing and Oversight Lead is responsible for ensuring effective delivery and oversight of the platform’s middle and back office investment servicing capabilities.
The role leads a small team, owns the operating rhythm and MI for investment servicing, and drives issue resolution and continuous improvement across vendor and internal stakeholders.
Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Swindon.

Key accountabilities
- Lead day-to-day oversight of vendor-delivered investment servicing, ensuring processes, controls and evidencing meet agreed standards and customer outcomes.
- Own the monitoring of key Investment Servicing capabilities.
- Provide first line oversight support for CASS-related operational controls and evidencing, including monitoring vendor performance.
- Provide oversight of dealing operations, monitoring exceptions/fails, vendor controls, and ensuring timely resolution and escalation of material dealing issues.
- Lead and develop the investment servicing analysts, setting clear work allocation across oversight activities, quality reviews, MI production and issue management.
- Own the operational rhythm with the vendor (service reviews, KPI/SLA packs, actions, escalations) and ensure outcomes are visible through governance.
- Drive continuous improvement of investment servicing processes and controls (including readiness for platform changes/releases), ensuring controlled handover into BAU and sustained service performance.
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience within platform investment servicing operations including asset/static data management, pricing/distributions, corporate actions and exception management.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strong focus on customer outcomes, operational risk management, incident/breach handling.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a team is beneficial.
- Analytical and structured: uses MI to identify trends, drives root cause analysis, and communicates clear actions and escalations.
