The T&C Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Appointed Representatives Firms, Self Employed and Employed Advisers as well as Regulated Individuals that are part of 2plan. The role is to ensure competence is both achieved and maintained via various mechanisms and a range of feedback and coaching activities. This will include 121s, roleplays and testing as well as supporting Advisers with a range of queries they may have. Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds.

Key accountabilities:
- Supervising Advisers through the initial and ongoing stages of the T&C scheme, via coaching, meetings and evaluation of KPI’s
- Demonstrating and applying understanding of internal Business Standards
- Completion of 121s as required, and the ability to analyse KPI data provided
- Completion of annual role-plays
- Ensuring Adviser records are kept up to date
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience within Financial Services, preferably delivering supervision activities
- Must hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Strong understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements
- Client-facing skills with the ability to build and manage relationships
- Supervisory qualification H15 or J07 is advantageous but not essential
