The Openwork Partnership is seeking an experienced leader to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Advisers, Principals and AR firms joining the network. This field-based role requires travel and offers a salary up to £90,000 plus a £4,236 car allowance, with generous pension, critical illness cover and other benefits.

You will drive the onboarding journey from recruitment handover to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and a seamless transition for new joiners.
