We are seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser to join our successful and growing business based in Colchester, Essex. This opportunity has arisen following the departure of a long-standing adviser and presents an excellent opportunity to inherit referral opportunities whilst also developing your own client relationships. About the Role
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Managing the full mortgage application process
- Identifying and discussing protection needs with clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the client journey
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards
About You
We are open to speaking with advisers from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. You will ideally have:
- Previous mortgage advisory experience, although varying levels of experience will be considered
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
- A professional and client-focused approach
- The ability to generate and develop business opportunities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
