About the role: Were looking for a Programmatic Strategist to join our London team. Youll lead the end-to-end management of digital campaigns across the French and UK markets, combining data analysis, strategic thinking and client management to deliver outstanding results. This is a perfect role for someone with programmatic or digital campaign experience who wants to take the next step.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Manage and optimise programmatic ad campaigns across multiple platforms to meet performance goals.
  • Analyse campaign data to uncover insights and deliver recommendations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients ensuring their goals are understood and exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to deliver smooth high-impact campaigns.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting communicating results clearly and confidently.
  • Experiment with new tools, data sources and targeting strategies to push performance further.

The skills and experience you bring:

  • Fluent French speaker (ideally native level).
  • 12 years experience in programmatic trading or digital campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills comfortable working with data and numbers.
  • Excellent communicator able to explain performance insights and recommendations.
  • Proactive and adaptable thriving in a fast-moving team-oriented environment.
  • Passionate about digital advertising, data and innovation.
  • Must be able to join us in our London office 3x a week.
