About the role: As a Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue by helping brands and agencies activate smart, content-led native and social strategies across premium publisher environments. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, lead the full sales cycle, and serve as a strategic partner to clients — understanding their goals, pitching creative digital solutions, and ensuring long-term success.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Drive revenue from agencies and brands.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts by generating new clients.
  • Introduce agencies and brands to OpenWeb’s Community Exchange data offering.
  • Support early conversations around OpenWeb Forums and position upcoming opportunities for advertisers.
  • Develop and pitch innovative native and social content-led digital strategies to agencies.
  • Maintain a high level of market engagement by networking with agencies and brands.
  • External evangelism of native advertising and content marketing.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events.
  • Organise and host client events.

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in the digital media landscape, selling or buying native advertising, video, and social.
  • High preference for German or Spanish proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of native and social extension advertising in the UK.
  • Ability to create compelling and impactful sales proposals and presentations.
  • Proficient in developing account plans and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communicator with a natural talent for building relationships.
  • Fun and outgoing personality that aligns well with our current team dynamic.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
