About the assignment

To fuel our growth, we are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making health and well-being direct, approachable, and impactful.

At Open Up, we focus on prevention, therefore we guide individuals to take control of their personal finances, reduce financial stress, and create healthy money habits.

Whether it’s budgeting, savings strategies, planning for financial security, or building confidence in financial decision-making – we empower people with clarity and actionable steps.

Please note we offer coaching, not financial product advice.

We offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week, ensuring people can access support when they need it most – no long waits, no barriers.

In each session (usually 25 minutes), you’ll help clients set clear, achievable financial goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps.

Our mission is to help people build skills and autonomy, so they feel confident to continue their journey independently.

Many clients find they gain what they need in just a few focused conversations – thanks to your structured, goal-oriented support.

You’ll engage with a wide variety of people, from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries, and you’ll have opportunities to grow through weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development.

We work together to make well-being accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.
