Open Train AI is seeking a Customer Support AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert tasks based on real enterprise support work.

You will develop scenarios involving customer tickets, account configuration, runbook research, routing decisions, resolution paths, and escalation criteria.

The project is entry-level yet requires hands-on support or customer success engineering experience and the ability to make defensible decisions when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
