Your Impact
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including payroll input/output, benefits, tax compliance, and year-end procedures.
- Support payroll-related queries from internal and external parties, including auditors.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and handle all payroll-related payment dispensations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll data issues and ensure accurate reporting.
- Contribute to payroll training and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- Assist in payroll risk management and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge in HR, finance, compliance, and compensation processes.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data management.
- EMEA Payroll Experience Required: Strong preference for experience in Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway). Additional experience in Netherlands, Belgium, Eastern Europe (e.g., Czech Republic, Poland).
- Language Requirements: English is a must; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, Finnish, or Swedish) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively within a team.
