Overview
In this role, you lead a Professional Services practice delivering high-value AI/IT operations solutions. You will manage delivery performance, growth, and a portfolio while shaping future offerings and capability development. You’ll work closely with client principals, delivery leads, and product management to align on strategy and outcomes. The position offers visibility, impact on client success, and opportunities to influence product improvements and industry thought leadership. You will drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead a 15–25+ person Professional Services practice
- Own a $10M–$35M annual services portfolio
- Direct engagement with senior client stakeholders
- Drive successful delivery, revenue attainment, and resource planning
- Shape practice strategy and future offerings
- Influence product, solution, and offering enhancements
- Provide industry thought leadership through forums and white papers
Key requirements
- Proven ability to lead large consulting or services teams
- Deep expertise in defining customer Observability requirements and designing solutions across infrastructure and application monitoring
- Track record of managing complex, high-value client engagements
- Proven ability to drive revenue, margin, and utilization outcomes
