Your Impact
- Own and manage global customer demand for payment portal registration, directly supporting faster billing and improved cash flow
- Act as a key enabler in the Order‑to‑Cash process by ensuring customers are correctly onboarded to third‑party payment portals
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and customers to align portal registration with contractual agreements
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout portal onboarding and ongoing support
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for global payment portal registration processes
What The Role Offers
- End‑to‑end ownership of customer onboarding through third‑party portals (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia)
- Hands‑on involvement in billing operations, portal enablement, and payment infrastructure
- Exposure to global processes and cross‑functional collaboration
- Opportunity to contribute to process optimization, automation, and system integration initiatives
- A role within a global team reporting to Billing Operations and working closely with senior stakeholders
- Direct contribution to financial performance by expediting payment readiness and cash flow
What You Need To Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in billing, contract management, customer service, or Order‑to‑Cash operations
- Proven experience managing customer onboarding and registrations within payment or invoicing portals
- Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing timelines, collections, and contractual dependencies
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Strong customer‑facing skills with a solution‑oriented and service‑driven mindset
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests in parallel
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data, reporting, and reconciliations
- Experience in a global, fast‑paced, or high‑tech environment is a strong advantage
