Your Impact

The OpenText Professional Services team includes over 3,000 consultants acting as trusted advisors, managing long-term relationships with more than 100,000 customers globally. We deliver market-leading solutions to help organizations across EMEA understand, protect, and manage their data, offering a broad portfolio of products.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the sale of complex services offers to customers, serving as a trusted advisor for Application Development, DevSecOps, and Cloud Transformation initiatives.
  • Lead solution areas focusing on customer outcomes, including big transformation plays or specific pillars.
  • Develop and execute pipeline business plans to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and strategic application.
  • Guide customers through deployment roadmaps for relevant platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead deal teams in developing propositions that fulfill client visions, and assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of solutions, aligning with customer objectives and technical environments.

You will collaborate closely with account teams, including Account Executives, PS Client Managers, technical pre-sales, and the Professional Services Practice, to develop digital transformation strategies. Your role will focus on understanding client needs, constraints, and making you a key contact at OpenText. You will actively participate in selling innovative solutions to meet high customer expectations and achieve targets.

  • Leading initiatives in Application Development, DevSecOps, and Cloud Transformation.

  • Supporting deployment from design through execution to ensure successful outcomes.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 12+ years in professional services sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably in software or cloud environments.
  • Experience with public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of modern application development practices, DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and security tooling.
  • Proven track record of delivering application development, DevSecOps, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
  • Leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic discussions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven account management capabilities and experience working with sales teams to develop pipelines.
  • Must hold and maintain a high-level Security Clearance.
