As an HR Shared Services Specialist at OpenText, you play a vital role in delivering operational excellence. What The Role Offers
- Ownership of end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, organizational changes, leave management, and offboarding.
- Execution of moderate to complex HR transactions with precision and care.
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintenance of accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with policy and system updates.
- Contribution to the HR Knowledgebase and self-service portal to empower employees and streamline operations.
- Preparation of monthly reports and participation in internal audits to uphold data integrity and compliance.
- Support for system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new HR technologies.
- Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
What You Need To Succeed
- 1–2 years of progressive experience in HR operations or shared services within the EMEA region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in the Nordics, and familiarity with regional compliance requirements.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality employee experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous learning and process optimization.
