Digital, Social and Events manager in Liverpool

HUSH! DIGITAL, SOCIAL & EVENTS MANAGER

HUSH! is a new entertainment and product brand looking for someone creative, ambitious and organised to help us build it from the ground up.

This isn't a job where you'll just schedule Facebook posts.

We want someone who can take control of the digital side of HUSH! and help turn our products and events into a recognisable brand.

What you'll be doing:

• Launching and running our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other socials
• Creating, filming and editing brilliant content
• Running TikTok Shop and helping grow online sales
• Managing the HUSH! website
• Finding influencers, creators and affiliates
• Helping launch new HUSH! products
• Promoting HUSH! events and driving ticket sales
• Managing online event bookings and customer enquiries
• Attending events and capturing great content
• Running/assisting with TikTok and Meta advertising
• Tracking what's actually generating views, bookings and sales
• Using AI and modern tools to help work smarter and faster

Who are we looking for?

Someone who gets social media, has great ideas and is organised enough to actually make those ideas happen.

You don't need to already be an expert in every area. If you're brilliant at content/social media and hungry enough to learn TikTok Shop, e-commerce, events or advertising, we still want to hear from you. We care more about ability, creativity and attitude than a wall full of qualifications.

The deal £26,000–£28,000 starting salary depending on experience. Initial 3-month probation, followed by a performance and salary review with opportunities for increased pay and performance bonuses as HUSH! grows. Some evening/weekend work will be required around HUSH! events.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
