You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs, brainstorm ideas and deliver practical solutions that assess audience and outcomes.
The role extends beyond eLearning to include guides, manuals, presentations, forms and job aids, while exploring AI-enabled tools to enhance learning delivery.
