The Digital, Data and Security Services (DDSS) directorate, will transform the organisations digital, data and AI capabilities through a significant portfolio of Digital, Data and AI initiatives. DDSS is helping Ofgem modernise services, improve decision-making and support the ambitions of the Ofgem Multiyear Strategy, as we enable a more secure, fair and sustainable energy future.

As a Digital Business Analyst (Data & AI Projects) , you will play a key role in helping Ofgem realise the value of its digital, data and AI investments. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will understand and analyse business needs, data challenges and operational processes to support the design and delivery of data-enabled products and services that improve outcomes for colleagues, consumers and the organisation.
