Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Assets Product Manager & Delivery Manager to support the development, coordination and rollout of digital asset and tokenization initiatives across the region. This role will combine product support, client delivery, programme coordination and cross-functional execution .
The successful candidate will work closely with product, technology, operations, marketing, sales, legal, risk and compliance teams to help shape regional requirements, coordinate implementation activity, support client onboarding and contribute to the successful launch of digital asset solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Capital Markets background who is ready to move beyond pure analysis into broader ownership of delivery, stakeholder coordination and product execution. Experience in digital assets is advantageous and preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery and rollout of Digital Assets and Tokenization products
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, technology, operations, marketing, sales, legal, risk and compliance to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities and deliverables
Partner with operations teams to support process design, operational readiness and front-to-back implementation considerations
Gather and document regional business, client and market requirements to support product development and enhancement decisions
Support client onboarding and implementation activities, including business readiness, milestone tracking and coordination of go-live requirements
Conduct market, competitor and client analysis to support product positioning, business cases, pricing considerations and strategic recommendations
Maintain programme and product governance materials, including status reporting, action tracking, risk and issue logs, and stakeholder updates
Work with marketing and commercial teams to support go-to-market planning, product communication and launch coordination
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in product management, programme delivery, business analysis, implementation or change within Capital Markets
Strong background in one or more of the following: Front Office, settlements, post-trade operations or asset management
Good understanding of Capital Markets products, market infrastructure and front-to-back workflows
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations and client-facing teams
Exposure to product development, implementation, client onboarding or launch support activities
