Figma is seeking a Design Program Manager, Evals to own the operating engine behind our design eval programs—contractor and vendor operations, program rhythms, and quality standards that determine how fast and how well we assess AI-generated design output. You'll partner with Design Directors and PM peers to hire and enable contractors, manage vendor logistics and budgets, and drive day-to-day workstreams.
