In this role, as a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Design the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable – from onboarding, reporting, security, to APIs and partner tools.
- Collaborate closely with a smart and dedicated team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that scale.
- Champion product concepts that expertly balance customer needs with critical business goals.
- Become an expert in restaurants’ needs by planning and facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff; turning findings into actionable design direction.

- Enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker.
- Have experience designing for web and an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product-design work.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
- Have experience designing for B2B experiences or a proven track record of solving for highly complex workflows.
- Have experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners.
- Led end-to-end user research initiatives, including planning, facilitating, and synthesis, to translate findings into intuitive, evidence-based design solutions that directly address user pain points.
- Have previous experience with onboarding (a plus).
- Can manage time effectively and self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments.
- Possess strong visual and interaction skills.
- Can negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.
- Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up the design process and outcomes.
- Have strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
- Have an appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions.
- Have experience working with remote teams.
- Are proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools.
