About the job

As a German speaking Onboarding Specialist, you will drive the successful integration of our restaurant partners by managing the implementation process from initial sale to go-live.

Utilizing a consultative approach, you will configure software solutions, coordinate logistics, and deliver tailored training to set each restaurant up for long-term success.

You will collaborate within a global team to optimize the speed, volume, and quality of implementations in a hybrid work environment.

By empowering restaurant staff with the right tools and knowledge, you will play a critical role in enhancing their operational efficiency and overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Guide restaurant partners through the comprehensive onboarding process, tailoring the system configuration to meet specific operational needs.
  • Deliver engaging training to key restaurant staff via remote tools, focusing on optimizing their daily operations using our software.
  • Manage a dynamic queue of restaurant implementations to reduce time-to-onboarding while ensuring high-quality setup and deployment.
  • Coordinate administrative functions for the global onboarding program, including scheduling, content collection, and software implementation logistics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to proactively eliminate customer pain points and refine onboarding strategies.
  • Communicate implementation status, task progress, and feedback clearly to peers, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a customer support, implementation, or hospitality role.
  • Fluency in German both written and verbal ( or Swiss German )
  • Proven experience training and guiding non-technical customers on how to use software solutions.
  • Strong foundational understanding of restaurant operations and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to completion.
  • Effective remote communication skills, maintaining an engaging and professional presence for virtual training.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct, hands‑on professional experience working within a restaurant environment.
  • Familiarity with cross‑functional collaboration alongside Sales, Customer Success, or Billing teams.
  • Experience refining or scaling onboarding programs and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound, fact-based decisions independently within ambiguous situations.
  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
