In this role, as a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Design the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable â from onboarding, reporting, security, to APIs and partner tools.
- Collaborate closely with a smart and dedicated team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, highâquality solutions that scale.
- Champion product concepts that expertly balance customer needs with critical business goals.
- Become an expert in restaurants' needs by planning and facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff; turning findings into actionable design direction.

- You have led endâtoâend user research initiatives, including planning, facilitating, and synthesis, to translate findings into intuitive, evidenceâbased design solutions that directly address user pain points.
- Previous experience with onboarding is a plus.
- You have the ability to manage time effectively and can selfâdirect to deliver against agreedâupon commitments.
- You possess strong visual and interaction skills.
- You can negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.
- You have incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up the design process and outcomes.
- You have strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
- You have an appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions.
- You have experience working with remote teams.
- You have expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
