As the Int’l Enablement Manager, Everboarding, you will act as a performance partner for our International Account Executives and Account Managers, owning ongoing field readiness after onboarding.
You will partner closely with GTM, Product Marketing, field leadership, and frontline managers to translate business priorities into role-based enablement that is practical, timely, and aligned to the realities of the field.
From product launches to reinforcement strategies, you will help turn evolving business priorities into clear learning experiences that improve execution in the field.
Your work will directly impact readiness and performance by maintaining visibility into rep needs, objections, and capability gaps across the populations and strategic themes you support.
Responsibilities
- Own ongoing field readiness for International AEs and AMs after onboarding, ensuring enablement continues well beyond initial ramp and stays aligned to evolving organizational goals.
- Occasionally support AE new hire programming, in partnership with the AE new hire trainer, during large hiring sprints.
- Partner with GTM teams on product launches and priority initiatives, translating new information into role-based enablement programs for the field.
- Deliver enablement through facilitation, coaching, presentations, and targeted learning experiences that build capability in real customer-facing situations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of field needs, common objections, workflow friction, and capability gaps and ensure these insights are included in existing and net-new programming.
- Build and manage major enablement programs from planning through delivery and reinforcement, ensuring stakeholder alignment, a clear view of impact, and additional support where needed.
- Track program results, gather field feedback, and refine content, reinforcement, and support strategies based on performance findings and business priorities.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, sales readiness, or a related field.
- Experience supporting customer-facing commercial teams, ideally including Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver role-based enablement that supports adoption, skill development, and field execution.
- Strong cross-functional partnership and program management skills, with experience working effectively across Product Marketing, GTM teams, field leaders, and managers.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to turn field feedback, objections, and performance gaps into practical learning solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting international or multi-market commercial teams.
- Experience enabling both product launches and ongoing everboarding programs.
- Familiarity with sales and account management workflows, manager-led reinforcement practices, and measuring enablement effectiveness through behavior change or business impact.
Professional proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
