About this role: Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Team, in this position you will be responsible for leading customer retention and revenue growth within your territory of restaurants in London. In your role, you will be in tune with the local restaurant industry and will proactively engage with our restaurant customers. You will be innovative in overcoming customer obstacles, and provide constructive perspectives to challenge current thinking.

The successful candidate will be positive and encouraging by nature, resilient under pressure, extremely organised and regularly sought after for insight, input, and collaboration. You’ll enjoy a hybrid setup, balancing home working with time in the field. Around half your week will be spent visiting restaurant partners across London, so we’re looking for someone locally based.
