As a Director of Partnership Operations, you will lead a globally focused team that brings to life world‑first advertising campaigns and activations in the hospitality space, delivering a wide range of partnerships from ad operations to live events.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of partnerships from post‑sale execution to live events.
  • Develop processes and playbooks to support scaled growth.
  • Cultivate and grow a team of highly qualified individual contributors.
  • Maintain a high‑level understanding of the OpenTable ecosystem and the broader advertising industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact within OpenTable for partnership activations.
  • Represent OpenTable at both internal and external events.
  • Create and develop new ad products and the systems to support their launch.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the advertising industry, with at least 5 years in a people‑leadership role.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast‑paced technology company, with the ability to challenge and support constant change.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage complex, multi‑country projects across different time zones, both individually and with your team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Google Ad Manager.
  • Influence: The ability to motivate and persuade colleagues in other departments to support and work on projects.
  • Ownership: A high sense of ownership and pride in the work you and your direct reports produce.

Additional Details

This is a full‑time position located in London, UK. You will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days a week. Travel will be required for both internal and external meetings as needed.
