Are you a data-driven UX Researcher who wants to shape the digital journey of a high-volume eCommerce business? Do you enjoy turning behavioural insight into measurable commercial performance? Ready to own research end-to-end in a growing, sustainability-focused retail environment?

This UX Researcher role sits at the intersection of Product, UX/UI and Marketing. You will own research across the full digital customer journey — from discovery to checkout — ensuring user insight directly drives conversion, retention and engagement.

You’ll combine qualitative research, behavioural analytics and competitor benchmarking to optimise performance across multiple websites and brands. This is a commercially focused UX Researcher position where insight must translate into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end UX research across websites and digital journeys
  • Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys and discovery research
  • Analyse behavioural cohorts and customer segments
  • Translate findings into archetypes and actionable insight
  • Partner with UX/UI to optimise layout, navigation and usability
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and content engagement
  • Analyse product discovery behaviour and purchasing patterns
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking within the online retail market
  • Present concise, evidence-led recommendations to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher across the full research lifecycle
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research capability
  • Experience with GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, ContentSquare or FullStory
  • Strong understanding of acquisition and conversion journeys
  • Experience working cross-functionally in agile teams
  • Commercial awareness – balancing user needs with business goals
  • Experience with experimentation tools (Monetate, AB Tasty, VWO) is desirable
  • Familiarity with Figma, Miro or Adobe XD is advantageous
