Are you a Senior Business Analyst with SAP, supply chain planning and manufacturing experience? Would you like to lead business-critical change across planning, manufacturing and quality processes? We are representing a confidential client seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology change across supply chain, planning and manufacturing operations.
You will work with business partners, technology teams, suppliers and delivery teams to turn complex business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, test plans and practical process improvements. This Senior Business Analyst role will suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on business analysis with leadership, stakeholder management and process improvement.
- Support planning, manufacturing and quality management applications, including SAP-related processes.
- Act as workstream lead on large projects, or lead smaller projects and major business changes.
- Design and improve business processes, supporting UAT, training and adoption.
- Lead, coach and coordinate Business Analysts, functional consultants and matrix project teams.
Need 5-8 years’ Business Analysis experience across Waterfall and Agile environments.
Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, or similar ERP/planning applications.
Supply chain, planning, S&OP, manufacturing, quality management or MES experience.
A track record of delivering business-critical technology or application solutions.
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or complex supply chain environments.
Exposure to EDI, SAP Ariba, Order-to-Invoice, Exceedra or sales promotion.
Business Analysis qualifications.
Senior ownership across business analysis, process improvement and technology.
Work across planning, manufacturing and quality.
Lead and coach other Business Analysts and functional consultants.
Bonus up to 25%.
