We are partnering with a leading international food manufacturer to appoint a senior technical leader to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovation across a strategically critical portfolio. This role will lead consumer-led design, translate insight into scalable products, and deliver a robust, compliant innovation pipeline across multiple markets. You will partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to balance quality, cost, speed and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product and packaging development programmes
- Shape and deliver a validated innovation pipeline aligned to growth targets
- Translate consumer insight into product attributes and technical solutions
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across the portfolio
- Influence supply chain and manufacturing decisions to optimise quality and cost
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
