We're partnering with a fast-growing digital consultancy looking to appoint a Business Analyst to support the delivery of cutting-edge eCommerce platforms and AI solutions for an impressive portfolio of well-known retail and consumer brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle while helping organisations unlock their potential.
As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You'll also support AI discovery workshops, identify automation opportunities, and help shape innovative AI-powered business solutions.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of complex eCommerce website projects.
- Help define scalable business and technical solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered against business objectives.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital or eCommerce projects.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience using API testing tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
