A high-growth fintech platform is hiring a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of core, business-critical products as the company enters its next phase of scale. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and wants full accountability for product direction and delivery – not just backlog management.

The Opportunity

You’ll own platform-level products used by sophisticated, enterprise clients. Working closely with engineering, design, and senior stakeholders, you’ll shape the roadmap end-to-end – from problem definition through to launch and iteration. The business is well-funded, product-led, and scaling rapidly, with clear progression into senior product leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform capabilities
  • Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of complex B2B products
  • Partner closely with engineers on requirements, trade-offs, and system design
  • Work with design to create high-quality, intuitive user experiences
  • Engage senior internal and external stakeholders, translating needs into clear outcomes
  • Act as a customer advocate, balancing user needs, commercial priorities, and technical constraints

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management within fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building and scaling platform or infrastructure-style products
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth / scale-up environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
  • Able to operate with ambiguity and take full ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated or complex domains
  • Background in venture-backed or scaling businesses
  • Exposure to enterprise or institutional clients
