About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Senior Robot Learning Engineer to join an advanced robotics organisation developing next-generation humanoid systems.

You will lead the development of large-scale behaviour models for robotic manipulation, bridging cutting-edge machine learning research with real-world deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and train large-scale robot learning models
  • Develop diffusion transformer and VLA-based policies
  • Advance reinforcement learning pipelines
  • Build sim-to-real transfer capabilities
  • Deploy policies onto physical robotic systems

Skills & Experience Required

  • MSc or Ph D in Machine Learning, Robotics, or similar
  • Strong experience in robot learning and real-world deployment
  • Expertise in reinforcement learning, diffusion models, or behaviour cloning
  • Strong Python and Py Torch experience
  • Experience with large-scale model training
  • Experience with humanoid robotics
  • Sim-to-real pipelines (Mu Jo Co, Isaac Sim)
  • Published research or equivalent practical impact
  • Work on cutting-edge robotics technology
