We are partnering with a leading international FMCG organisation to appoint a Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead global architecture strategy across IT and OT environments.
This is a high-impact leadership role, shaping the future-state architecture across a complex, multi-country organisation undergoing significant transformation (ERP, SAP S/4HANA, MES, Data Platforms, AI/ML).
You will operate at executive level, influencing business and technology strategy across supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Define and own the enterprise architecture blueprint (business, data, application, technology)
- Lead architecture across major transformation programmes (ERP, MES, CRM, Data/AI)
- Drive integration strategy (APIs, event-driven architecture, real-time data)
Strong background in SAP / ERP ecosystems
Experience across IT + Operational Technology (OT) (e.g. manufacturing, MES, SCADA)
Cloud (Azure/AWS)
Integration (APIs, middleware)
Data platforms & MDM
