Are you a data-driven UX Researcher who wants to shape the digital journey of a high-volume eCommerce business? Do you enjoy turning behavioural insight into measurable commercial performance? Ready to own research end-to-end in a growing, sustainability-focused retail environment?
This UX Researcher role sits at the intersection of Product, UX/UI and Marketing. You will own research across the full digital customer journey — from discovery to checkout — ensuring user insight directly drives conversion, retention and engagement.
You’ll combine qualitative research, behavioural analytics and competitor benchmarking to optimise performance across multiple websites and brands. This is a commercially focused UX Researcher position where insight must translate into measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver end-to-end UX research across websites and digital journeys
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys and discovery research
- Analyse behavioural cohorts and customer segments
- Translate findings into archetypes and actionable insight
- Partner with UX/UI to optimise layout, navigation and usability
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and content engagement
- Analyse product discovery behaviour and purchasing patterns
- Conduct competitor benchmarking within the online retail market
- Present concise, evidence-led recommendations to stakeholders
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher across the full research lifecycle
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research capability
- Experience with GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, ContentSquare or FullStory
- Strong understanding of acquisition and conversion journeys
- Experience working cross-functionally in agile teams
- Commercial awareness – balancing user needs with business goals
- Experience with experimentation tools (Monetate, AB Tasty, VWO) is desirable
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro or Adobe XD is advantageous
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
