Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role with a genuinely manageable caseload and proper support? We’re recruiting for a modern, growing residential conveyancing firm offering experienced conveyancers the opportunity to focus on quality legal work without the unrealistic workloads often associated with high-volume conveyancing. You’ll benefit from a genuinely capped caseload, structured onboarding and a dedicated post-completion team, giving you the support and autonomy to provide an excellent service to your clients.
The Role
- You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New-build and shared ownership matters
- Investigating title issues and identifying legal risks
- Completing fraud and compliance checks
- Managing completions and secure fund transfers
- Handling Stamp Duty submissions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Working alongside the post-completion team on registrations
