We are recruiting for an experienced Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead to join a dynamic and international organisation. This highly visible and influential role will focus on End User Computing (EUC), ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of technology solutions for over 2,000 office workers across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, educating, and training employees to maximise the use of technology. This includes the identification, design, and implementation of new personal productivity solutions, as well as optimising and maintaining existing platforms. The role also involves overseeing third-party vendors, ensuring seamless technology deployment, and enhancing collaboration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership of the EUC agenda, including hardware selection, software deployment, and vendor management.
  • Manage an annual budget of approximately €1-2 million.
  • Define and implement yearly initiatives to enhance digital collaboration and ways of working.
  • Lead a cross-functional project to shape the future of collaboration tools beyond 2025.
  • Oversee technology services provided to the Executive Team, ensuring seamless support for their unique needs.
  • Manage EUC licensing, audits, and controls to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across 27+ international locations.
  • Identify and implement new technology solutions to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Support the transition of new IT services from deployment to production.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to help employees maximise the value of existing and new technology.
  • Create engaging user guides, video tutorials, and educational content in collaboration with the internal communications team.
  • Work closely with external vendors, partners, and training providers to deliver high-quality IT education.
  • Support the delivery of company-wide webcasts and develop an internal platform for virtual events.
  • Represent the Technology & Infrastructure team in vendor governance meetings, influencing strategic decisions.
Key Interfaces:
  • Internal: IT Leadership Team, Cyber Security Team, Business Relationship Management, Architecture & Data Office Teams, Senior Business & Functional Leaders across multiple markets, End Users, including Executive-level stakeholders.
  • External: Outsourced IT service providers & technical teams, IT vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Person Specification:
  • Essential: Graduate-calibre IT professional with 10+ years of experience in service, infrastructure, or technology roles. Proven experience in an international, fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of emerging IT technologies and their business applications. Ability to deploy and manage technology solutions across a global organisation. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Desirable: FMCG industry experience. Experience working with third-party service providers. Hands-on experience with Office 365, telephony, and networking solutions. Background in matrix management and cross-functional leadership.
