The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll take responsibility for delivering high-quality software solutions across complex technology environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing and maintaining reliable, scalable applications using Python.
- Taking ownership of software design, implementation, testing and ongoing operation.
- Developing and enhancing existing products, services and internal tooling.
- Tackling complex technical problems and delivering practical, maintainable solutions.
- Applying test-driven development (TDD), automated testing and software quality best practices.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers and other stakeholders to deliver technical roadmaps.
- Contributing to architectural decisions, technical planning and continuous improvement.
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring and support to other engineers.
- Ensuring software changes are delivered effectively, with consideration for reliability, performance and long-term maintainability.
