Lead DevOps Engineer – Azure | SaaS | Hybrid (London Bridge)

We\’re partnering with a leading SaaS provider to find a Lead DevOps Engineer who will play a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling their Azure-based infrastructure.

About the Role

This permanent position offers up to £100,000 plus bonus, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in their London Bridge office.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, streamlining deployment processes.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to foster a robust DevOps culture and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, compliance, and system monitoring.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure in a senior or lead DevOps capacity.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive salary up to £100,000 per annum. Performance-based bonus structure. Hybrid working model: 2–3 days on-site in London Bridge. Comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare and pension contributions.
