As a Telemarketing Executive you will manage a small number of company clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Clients by calling prospective buyers and following up on marketing campaign emails sent by the Email Campaign Team. You will work closely and in a coordinated way with the Marketing Campaign Team to ensure that any outreach is being followed up with phone calls. Telemarketing Executives oversee finding new business for our clients purely over the phone. You will be assigned targets for your accounts and expected to achieve them.

  • Generate sales & opportunities by calling prospective buyers on behalf of the Clients.
  • Operate as one of the points of contact for assigned Clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with allocated accounts and Team members.
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate client needs and demands to employer of the company.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records centrally of client activity and produce a weekly report.
  • Report to the Telemarketing Team Leader and provide reports when required.
