In this role you will join Openreach Technology NetOps who are responsible for evolving Openreach’s network platforms whilst keeping them available and secure. This dynamic role supports governance and lifecycle management of our legacy broadband platforms. The role supports platform stability and operational compliance, coordinating activities across engineering, suppliers, and operational teams. This role maintains deep technical insight into the platform, drives reliability improvements, oversees critical lifecycle processes, and ensures that legacy vendor estates are managed consistently, safely, and proactively.
