Openreach is seeking a Claims Handler to manage a high-volume caseload of network damage claims for BT and Openreach, guiding cases from pre- to post-litigation stages and supporting recovery targets. You will prepare and progress billing claims, gather evidence from solicitors, insurers and stakeholders, and contribute to cash collection while ensuring compliance with GDPR in a regulated environment.

This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration three days a week with two days home-based.
